As part of its after-sales service after products have been delivered, Canon Machinery responds swiftly in the event of product failures. We also strive to prevent failures from occurring by performing equipment checks when visiting client companies. During our visits, we hear customers’ requests directly, and we reflect this information into future product development and service improvements. At our overseas bases, as well, we have service personnel stationed in Malaysia and Taiwan, providing routine maintenance.
